It's Ladies Night! Join Yoga Adventures at Cozy Spirit for a fun, hour-long gentle yoga session designed for your unique physique. We'll rock out to classic rock, like what you'd hear from a jukebox! After the session, cross the street to Birthright Brewery to enjoy a beverage (1 drink voucher comes with your session ticket).

No yoga experience encouraged for this social yoga adventure-- cheers to that! At our Ladies Night expect to relax and hang out with friends.
