Join Andrea for this beautiful Yin Yoga class! Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.


Bring along a yoga mat, bolsters and blocks, blanket, and a cozy spirit!
